FOOD: TO WASTE OR NOT TO WASTE
In this programme, we hope to evoke concern about food waste.
The show introduces many creative ways to reduce food waste, such as making clothes with wilting bananas and expired milk.
At the same time, through interviews with people who work in the hotel and organic food industries, we discovered two different attitudes towards the food waste issue.
One attitude thinks that in some industries, food waste is inevitable in order to ensure the quality of food.
The other attitude thinks food waste can be avoided in different ways.
Anyway, we finally reached a conclusion that no matter if the food waste issue can be avoided or not, we should all try our best to prevent wasting food.
