In Europe, it is estimated that 150 million citizens are living with a mental health condition. The European Parliament has now addressed this issue and adopted a Mental Health Report on Tuesday with a majority of 482 votes in favor.
With this report, the European Parliament took a stance on the issue for the first time. The report aims at improving the access to mental health services and to raise awareness on the issue.
