Transport, which has for instance been introduced on week-ends here in the city of Nantes, and even as a country-wide measure in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg since March 2020.
However, as we’ll see with our today’s guest, free public transport is not without criticism. And so with that in mind, I’m delighted to welcome urban geographer (Doctor) Constance Carr here on Euradio.
Constance Carr, is a research scientist at the Department of Geography and Spatial Planning at the University of Luxembourg, an Urbanism professor at the Paris Institute of Political Sciences and you’ve also published several articles in both academic journals and newspapers on the introduction of free transit in Luxembourg.
